Citron Hygiene is a growing provider of washroom hygiene services in the UK, Canada, and the USA. Bidvest, a global leader in facilities services, is a prominent South African corporation with over 250 businesses in Southern Africa, Australia, Singapore, Spain, and the UK, employing over 130,000 people. This proposed acquisition will facilitate Bidvest’s entry into the North American market.
